References to 'Landed Lab', 'we', 'us', and 'our' in these terms mean Orum Consulting Ltd. References to 'you' and 'your' mean the person accessing or using the platform.

What Landed Lab is

Landed Lab is a behavioural development platform designed to help graduates and early-career professionals build genuine self-knowledge through daily practice.

This platform provides:

• Daily behavioural practice questions across five dimensions: Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Judgement, Collaboration, and Self-Management.
• Expert feedback developed by a qualified business psychologist.
• Progress tracking and personalised development insights over time.

Landed Lab is a development tool. Results, feedback, and scores are intended to support your personal development and self-awareness. They are not designed to replace recruitment, selection, or any formal employment decision-making process.

Beta access

Landed Lab is currently available as a free beta product. During the Beta period:

• Access to the platform is free of charge.
• Features, content, and functionality may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
• The platform may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions. We do our best to resolve these promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may end the beta period at any time, and we will give reasonable notice of any transition to a paid model or changes to access.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Who can use Landed Lab

To use Landed Lab, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Be a graduate or early-career professional using the platform for your own personal development.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Not use the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

Landed Lab is intended for individual use only.

If you are an organisation interested in using Landed Lab for a cohort or team, contact us at info@landedlab.com to discuss appropriate arrangements.

Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with anyone else
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Notifying us promptly at info@landedlab.com if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared, or used in breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Landed Lab honestly and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your account or responses.
• Attempt to game, manipulate, or reverse-engineer assessment questions or the feedback model.
• Use the platform in any way that could harm, disrupt, or compromise its security or integrity.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce platform content without written permission.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling or redistributing content.
• Attempt to access any part of the platform or infrastructure you are not authorized to access.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these conditions.

Your responses and content

When you submit responses to practice questions or interact with the platform, you retain ownership of what you write. By submitting responses, you grant us a limited licence to process and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the platform's feedback and development features — including, where applicable, passing responses to our AI feedback provider (Claude) in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

We will not use your individual responses for any marketing purpose, share them with third parties for their own use, or identify you by name in any published research or content, without your explicit consent.

Sharing your results externally: Your assessment responses, scores, and feedback are yours to use as you see fit. However, if you choose to share them with an employer, recruiter, or any third party, you do so at your own discretion and risk. We strongly advise against presenting Landed Lab results as formal psychometric evidence in a recruitment or selection context, as they are not designed or validated for that purpose. We accept no liability for any outcome resulting from how you choose to use or share your results.

Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Landed Lab platform, including practice questions, feedback frameworks, written content, design, and branding - is owned by or licensed to Orum Consulting Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from platform content without our prior written permission. This includes sharing question content on social media, in publications, or with other platforms.

The Landed Lab name, logo, and brand identity are the property of Orum Consulting Ltd and may not be used without written consent.

Feedback and suggestions

We welcome feedback about the platform. If you share suggestions, ideas, or feedback with us, you agree that we may use these freely to develop and improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you or credit you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Platform availability and changes

We aim to keep Landed Lab available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Take the platform offline for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
• Change, add, or remove features at any time.
• Discontinue the platform in whole or in part with reasonable notice.

During the beta period, you should expect the platform to evolve. We will always aim to communicate material changes in advance where it is possible to do so.

Landed Lab is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about:

Landed Lab feedback is developed by a qualified business psychologist and grounded in established behavioural frameworks. However, it is developmental guidance, not a clinical or diagnostic service. If you have concerns about mental health or wellbeing, seek appropriate professional support.

• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of platform content or feedback on the platform
• The platform being free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
• Any outcomes resulting from your use of the platform, including in relation to career progression, job applications, or skills development

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orum Consulting Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of data, opportunity, or income.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

During the beta period, because the platform is provided free of charge, our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to £100.

Third-party services

Landed Lab uses a number of third-party software providers to operate the platform (listed in our Privacy Notice). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services. Links or references to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. It forms part of the overall terms governing your use of Landed Lab and is available at landedlab.com/privacy.

Ending your account

By you: You can close your Landed Lab account at any time by contacting us at info@landedlab.com. On closure, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice retention schedule.

By us: We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the platform. Where possible, we give reasonable notice before terminating access.

On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Landed Lab will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the platform before they take effect. The most current version will always be available at landedlab.com/terms.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
